Hiit: 6am posted to private facebook group

Boot Camp: 11am & 6pm (In-person only)

 

Thursday

Women on Weights: 5:30pm (in-person, zoom, facebook group)

 

Saturday

Fusion Workout: (combo of yoga, pilates, barre and fitness) 8:30am (in-person, zoom, facebook group)
